It was a wonderful experience, comfortable, clean and an excellent location.

Nothing.

I have already recommended it to others who are going to travel to Manila next year. It connects onto a huge mall that has every kind of eating place and five flours of shopping.

Desk clerk told me breakfast was included than at checkout I was charged.

Overall experience was good but the hidden charges were terrible. When I asked about them I was told they would check into it.

The Holiday Inn Robinson's Galleria Manila is a great hotel with easy access to the mall as the two are directly adjacent and even connect on the 4th floor. The Holiday Inn Galleria is a great place to stay in Manila. I will definitely stay their again on my next trip.

The mall is right in the building.

The room smells are really bad, and the bathroom is always leaking water on the floor.

I had been in this hotel three times, but this last stay I had a bad experience. The room smells bad, the bathroom is always flooded every time I take a shower, the security guard had a bad attitude, I asked him to help to call for a taxi because it was raining hard, instead he ignored us. ...read more
